Tickles & Co

Tickles & Co is a disruptive, bold and fun cat care retail brand. From visual identity to the tone of voice, the Tickles & Co brand was built with a soul that is playful, colorful and with loads of fun and humor in the center of it all! They weren’t ready for a storefront yet, so they needed their products to be sold through their website. We created an e-commerce integrated website through Shopify, which allowed them to manage their transactions and handle inventory without much fuss!

To make a bang in the market, they also got us engaged with the management of their social channels, allowing them to make noise through heavily engineered marketing campaigns to drive traffic from their social channels to their website. This gave them time to concentrate on handling orders, deliveries and purchasing while we handled their customer care and marketing.
